Richard on 3 days rest....we'll see how he does.....if he struggles early i imagine we'll see Poreda

No Quentin, Konerko or Thome in the lineup is going to make this lineup have to (gulp) manufacture runs. :o

we face suppan, parra and looper in this series....even without those three guys we better score an ample amount of runs

oh and btw konerko might play tonight

I bet Richard goes, at the max, 5 innings then we'll see Poreda or Carrasco.

Section 108

long live communistic gamethreads.....err go Sox

THIS IS A PREDICTION!!!!!!!!!!!

1. Pods, LF

2. Ramirez, SS

3. Dye, RF

4. Pierzynski, C

5. Beckham, 3B

6. Fields, 1B

7. Getz, 2B

8. Anderson, CF

9. Richard, P

let's do this

I've seen some people doubt Richard of late, so heres to hoping you go out and kick some butt Clayton. It would be huge if you have a good season as it really would put our rotation in great shape (both statistically and financially since it would mean we'd have 3 guys in our rotation that are young with talent). And than of course Buehrle.

Wasn't going to mess with any part of yesterday's format. Besides, communism is a good thing. It eliminates choices and let's us live our lives without making difficult decisions.

I saw him hit a homerun in the 8th inning yesterday

19 for 57 in his last 15 games

He does that on almost every home run that's hit.

A.J. hitting 4th is a very scary thought.

As I do each year when we start interleague play (forgot to do this for PIT), here is a look at how some of our pitchers do at hitting...

MB: .083/.108/.083/.191, 6 SH, 1 BB, 20 K in 36 AB

JD: .125/.222/.125/.347, 1 BB, 4 K in 8 AB

GF: .044/.044/.044/.088, 21 SH, 5 K in 45 AB

JC: .000/.130/.000/.130, 3 BB, 13 K in 20 AB

CR: has not batted in the majors

Jenks: hasn't batted

Thornton: .000/.000/.000/.000, 1 K in 1 AB

Linebrink: .222/.222/.278/.500, 1 2B, 2 SH, 10 K in 18 AB

Dotel: .068/.138/.068/.206, 1 RBI, 9 SH, 5 BB, 42 K in 74 AB

Carrasco: .000/.000/.000/.000, 1 SH, 2 K in 9 AB

Poreda: hasn't batted

Gobble: .000/.000/.000/.000, 1 SH, 1 K in 2 AB

Show the NL Central they've got something to fear Clayton.

If there is one guy in the Brewers rotation i want to face, its Suppan. Lets take game 1!

I hope we win it, however with Paulie out and Thome only for pinch hitting we have alot of power not in the lineup.

I for one like the Brewers. They are a fun team to watch with Cecil Jr. and Braun. I would love to see Prince in a Sox uniform one day.

Tonight's Sox lineup:

Podsednik lf

Ramirez ss

Dye rf

Pierzynski c

Anderson cf

Getz 2b

Beckham 3b

Fields 1b

Richard p

Konerko says he'd be "shocked" if he was not in the lineup Saturday.
