My Droid Razr was supposed to get ice cream sandwich back in February. Supposedly they're rolling it out this last week, but I still haven't seen any update news.

Everything I have read (which has been a lot in the last couple of weeks) is saying that between now and next weekend (Jul 6), most should be updated.

My ICS update came through this morning, finally.

Yeah mine came through Monday. I like the changes. The menus are a lot cleaner and easier to use.

I'd rather not go through 250+ pages, so I'll just ask- has Apple announced when the new iPhone will be released?

No.

Most assume it will be sometime around October, but that is just an assumption.

Motorola isn't going to upgrade two phones that are only about a year old, the Droid 3 and the Droid X2. f*** you, Motorola.

I got an iPad 2 as a gift. I would have preferred an Asus Transformer Prime with the keyboard dock, but after some research, I've found the iPad has some viable keyboard options as well.

I want to use the iPad mainly for note taking (handwriting and typing is great IMO, beats pen and paper) and web browsing, so I would like to get a reliable keyboard case. Anybody know of a good one that matches nicely with the white iPad?

Edit: I've found these:

http://www.amazon.com/Luvvitt-KBWHT-Alumin...d+keyboard+case

http://www.amazon.com/New-Trent-Bluetooth-...trent+ipad+case

The New Trent case offers more protection, but doesn't look as sharp as the Luvvitt case. The only drawback with the first case is that it leaves the back exposed, so I'll probably have to get a back protector for it. Anybody know of a good full body protector (besides Zagg)?

The new Atrix HD looks like a pretty good phone though.

None of these OEM manufacturers are loyal to their customers, they want you to buy their new device.

Only Google has shown commitment to legacy devices when it comes to Android.

Our computer systems are screwed at work, I can get to 2 websites, this being 1 of them.

SOunds like a feature rather than a problem.

Because I didn't?

I was honestly thinking about flipping it for like $300 and buying something else. If this thing wasn't white, I would have. ;)

This site went down shortly after I posted that, leaving only 1 site. I dont think Ill manage another day without internet.

The entire office didnt have internet. Couldnt even access local drives on the network.

A lot of times when I am having connectivity problems, this site works when nothing other than maybe Google will...

I was in the market for a tablet to have on the go, but the Ipad doesn't really have the bang for the buck for me. I'm probably going to wait and see how the Windows tablet does before making a purchase. Also, my home computer is dated and slow (i3/2GB). I'm just going to turn this into a torrent machine.

So, I'm looking for a laptop that's small enough to be a mobile workstation and powerful enough to replace my home computer, 2 birds with one stone.

Price point - $500

Specs - i5 or better; 4GB ram expandable to 8

Weight - 3 lb. area (something to bike around with all day on my back)

Size - 10" area

A VGA out with be a big bonus for the home.

Any suggestions? Does something like this exist? I wouldn't be opposed to building it either. Windows, obviously.

I too am interested if anyone has any keyboard recommendations for iPad 2.

And I love Apple products!

Yes...this. Serves as a screen protector when not in use, and uses the built in magnets on the iPad 2/3 to hold it...it's really awesome.

It's not cheap, but in the keyboard for iPad arena, it's by far the best there is...and lasts weeks on one charge.

I wonder if it is because there are so many items on the site cached on your browser (since its one of your more frequented sites) and thus, when all else is failing, this loads pretty quick since a lot of stuff is sitting in the cache.

That points to the switch being the issue, not the Internet connection.
