We should win this. Owens is probably headed back to minors after this start since Boston has 2 of their starters due to come off DL.

Well if Johnson wants to prove the White Sox wrong, today is a great chance to do so.

This could be a LONG game. Not saying that in the context that we will lose. Saying that because both pitchers have been known to have control issues.

 

Sox need to be patient tonight. Owens will strikeout 10 if you let him. Take pitches, be patient and you can hit the mistakes hard. This can be a 5 inning, 4er, 4bb, 5k performance or a 7 inning, 2er, 2bb, 10k depending on our patience.

Am I the only one a bit butthurt today that they took the L last night?

 

I know it's a long season (162 games to be exact) but after such a strong start, I'm not used to seeing them lose.

They may indeed lose. But the team continues to go out and play professionally with good pitching and bullpen. That will win you a lot of games.
