Well, KC has lost 7 in a row, Sox lost what, 5 in a row before last night? I have a feeling this series will be a heated one, although Yordano Ventura the instigator will not be pitching due to the suspension so there might not be. Might be a sloppy series as well. This is a perfect time for the Sox bats to heat up. They desperately need one of those high scoring 12-15 run games.

The sox just need to score runs, hold leads and play winning ball, you know like in April?

The White Sox are a half game from being back in 2nd place.

Do the Royals have a win against a non White Sox team this season?

Ventura and Odor both appealed their suspensions, so he's still scheduled to pitch this Saturday unless the league hands down its decision today.

Last year, when he had a 7 game suspension, he also appealed and then eventually dropped it.

That was for Adam Eaton.

Light em up.

Looks like Tim Anderson could be making his ML debut tonight.

My guess for tonight's lineup:

1. Eaton RF

2. Jackson CF

3. Cabrera LF

4. Frazier 3B

5. Abreu 1B

6. Lawrie 2B

7. Shuck DH

8. Avila C

9. Anderson SS

Watch Robin bat Anderson 2nd....

Austin Jackson has been pretty hot since moving there. I don't see him moving.

I know - I was just being facetious (i.e. - Jason Coats last Sunday).

:bang

Sox 1, KCR 0

Sale throws CG 1-hitter

We get 1 hit but it's an Anderson HR in the 8th

Important Sale regains his form against a main competitor.

Wishful thinking:

Sox win

Yankees win

Angels win

Sox back to 2.5 gb of first and alone in second.

The beginning of a 9 game winning streak. Hope returns.

Shuck hitting 5th lol

Jackson to the DL and Coats recalled.

Avi playing in right and Eaton is center.

So Shuck can play CF last week but cant play RF this week? Is he not better in RF then Avi?

what a horribly designed lineup.

1. Eaton

2. Abreu

3. Cabrera

4. Frazier

5. Shuck

6. Lawrie

7. Avila

8. Garcia

9. Anderson

it should be...

1. Eaton

2. Cabrera

3. Abreu

4. Frazier

5. Garcia

6. Lawrie

7. Shuck

8. Anderson

9. Avila

Jackson headed to the DL with a medial meniscus tear in his left knee

I disagree w your lineup. No you want Anderson in front of the top of the order not Avila. No you want Melky between Abreu and Frazier but I would rather they be 3-4-5. I guess until Anderson is comfortable they really don't have a real #2. Hey maybe throw the names in a hat and let Frake pull them.

Royals have scored 4 runs their last 6 games

Kiss of death. He will be DFA'd soon as they make another trade.

Took awhile for that DP but got it

There we go!
