Since we won again, I get to do another one of these :)

Chief Francona and his Tribe bring TJ House (0-1) to the mound to face the might of Ventura's White Sox who bring Hector Noesi (0-3) to the mound.

The 1st pitch is at 7:10pm Central Time and will be shown on CSN Chicago (or MLB TV for the out of towner like me)

Lets win Game 3, sweep the series and get over .500 tonight.

Get those brooms out and sweep the Indians out of town.

Let's Go White Sox

From White Sox notes: Conor Gillaspie (.355) is hitting .425 in the seventh inning or later, .410 in May and .393 with runners on base.

White Sox starter Hector Noesi is 0-14 over last 39 appearances. The streak is 2nd-longest active in baseball behind A’s Fernando Abad (15).

Noesi is 0-3 with a 5.14 ERA over six appearances (five starts) with White Sox. He has worked 6 innings in each of his last 3 starts.

Lwt's hope Noesi can break that streak tonite. All streaks must come to an end sometime right?

If Noesi can get through the 1st inning without giving up multiple runs we have a chance, but Sox haven't swept a 3 game series yet.

Another streak bound to end :P :gosoxretro:

No runs in the first inning. That's not much to ask for.

Small steps. Just 1 or 2 runs would be an improvement. Maybe they should have him throw an extra 30 warm up pitches. He seems to be really good after the first.
