Do you put ketchup on your steak too? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

I don't but I wouldn't be opposed to it!

No...but I put it on my hamburgers...which are ground up beef...kind of like a sausage...which is ground up pork / chicken with various seasonings within.

I hate both. How can anybody eat guac or avocado?

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) Sometimes I think you wait to see what the majority says and then pick the opposite. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

Also I forgot to mention that once lemon juice gets added to guac, suddenly I love it.

I dunno why.

I had my first Avocado today. Heard they were good sources for potassium. Don't know if it was overripe, etc... It really didn't have much taste at all. Someone said it was like eating butter, and that's what I'd compare it to.

They aren't the most flavorful thing but that's also what makes them great, really good complement to other flavors and adds that creamy texture while also bringing in good fats. What's not to love?

Thats why its a good mayo sub on sandwiches. To get real flavor people mix it with stuff.
