King had nothing towards the end (this is supposed to be his bullpen day and he was at 35+ pitches). Yelich absolutely scorched that ball right at Bogaerts. Padres are lucky there will be a game 4 tomorrow. Without Morejon or Miller, they're gonna have a hard time working out their bullpen situation.

Couldn't have three more closely played games...now who starts G4 for SD? King just threw out 40 pitches out of the pen and would have been on just three day's rest anyway. Buehler? Ray?

I just really enjoy the in-depth baseball talk with very knowledgeable fans. I actually think that many of you guys are too hard on the team. They’re a young team with a young manager, lat least experience wise , and they have performed much better than anyone expected. I think they can be a consistent playoff team because the division they’re in is quite weak and I think they can dominate.
