Not just every organization, but every company. We've all been exposed to that type of behavior. I was initially concerned if he stepped away due to an internal conflict on the direction of the scouting/team/development. At least this is something that they can easily address, fix, and move on from as an organization.

My take without not reading many posts of late: this season is far from a failure no matter what happens down the stretch but at the point would feel disappointing to not make it to the post-season. Keep building on what they’re currently at and figure out a way to add starters.

I am not bothered by strikeouts like I usss to be. Would rather have someone strike out then ground out because a ground out does more damage. He needs to walk more. I wish he were like Adam Dunn in this regards. Dunn stuck out a lot but he also had one of the best eyes I've ever seen at the plate.

Wasn't he the #1 hitter in the majors against 95+ velo the first 2-3 months??? You can't do that with a hitch in your swing...just means you're constantly in between and that's also impacting your swing path to the ball mechanically.
