Option B: the Sox wind down his inning usage as midseason approaches and put him into the bullpen. He continues his success in the bullpen, and he nets a handsome return from a playoff team who is looking for a shut-down lefty reliever this year + a solid #2 starter next year.

Can't somebody teach him the lift and pull method? He can only survive in the bigs as a 40 HR guy or a doubles machine pelting shots off the wall regularly. I'd prefer he develop a HR stroke.

One thing I like about Grifol (and it may be the only thing) is that he lets his relievers throw multiple innings. He doesn’t limit everyone to one inning and burn the bullpen up every day.

Do we think Soroka will be around all season? I mean, I don't see any way he is traded but will they release him or keep him around for after they trade away the starting pitchers who will be traded?
