Yesterday was the Sox 12th win and also Mune’s 12th HR. Pretty sure the 11th win/Muneshot also happened on the same day. But if they score 1 on Soriano, it will match the total he’s given up all season in six starts (5-0). Tiny 0.24 ERA and 0.82 WHIP in 37.2 innings. 140 batters faced, and the only damage has been a Drake Baldwin solo shot. Best chance is trying to get him out in 6 or less to go after the pen again.

Needed this one with Soriano on deck, he's been unhittable and goes deep enough into games to not guarantee a good chance against the Angels' weak pen like they capitalized on tonight. Nice to get win #12 on April 28th, after it came on May 11th in both 2024 and 2025. Those teams diverged by 19 wins in their final records, and this year's got even longer to go.
