  1. They do a really good job of finding Quad A guys. Their approach works in Charlotte, not in Chicago.
  2. He's way too streaky for my liking. Under the old draft system where the Sox could pick top 5 multiple seasons in a row I'd have him on the block but in the current system I doubt the Sox are trading their players with anything more than a year left on their deal.
  3. I forgot about that. It really sucks for the Sox because if they win a spot they will fall into that category as well.
  4. It's really hard to trust the Sox player development at any level right now. I hope these kids can overcome the disadvantage they're at.
  5. As was said earlier, it is so White Sox for Giolito to give up a snowman in the ER dept right before the TDL. The rule of being a Sox fan-Murphy was an optimist.
  6. Out of all of the guys that the Sox traded for/drafted/signed, only Giolito, Cease and maybe Robert lived up to their prospect status. Even when healthy, Eloy has Avi Garcia syndrome where he has great raw power but hits too many ground balls to tap into it.
  7. Where the hell has this offense been?
  8. Eddie Rosario is what I think Colas's ceiling is
  9. Thank you for creating this thread, I was gonna do it if you didn't.
  10. Is it time to question whether Kopech can be a starter?
  11. I know a lot of fans don't want to hear this, but I don't really blame Moncada that much for his failure. In 2018-19 the ball exploded off of his bat and he had elite EV metrics. Then he got covid and wasn't the same guy. It's just s%*# luck tbh, he got sick and injured and it altered his talent level. It sucks but that's the way the cookie crumbles. I don't have a problem with him being called a bust, because it’s objectively true, but it's more bust-injuries than bust-lazy.
  12. Can someone explain to me wtf they're doing drafting Nick Madrigal again? I thought they tried that and it didn't work.
  13. Idk where to put this, but my relationship with the White Sox right about now summed up in a song:
  14. Is this in reference to the LHP they took in the 6th round? Probably a punt pick then.
  15. There's no way Morales makes it to 51, right?
  16. On MLB pipeline they have Gonzalez as a 40 runner. https://www.mlb.com/prospects/draft/jacob-gonzalez-694378
  17. So if Gonzalez makes the bigs, does he play 3B? 2B?
  18. This is exactly why I chose tradition. This org is a loser historically.
  19. The guy the Rays picked.
  20. Yeah, their track record is really good at identifying and developing talent. ?
  21. What happened to drafting guys like Montgomery and Schultz?
