Most of my entertainment at home goes to playing the guitar, PS2, and going online. But lately its been more of playing football at the park with friends or going fishing.
There is no way I could chose a top 10, but here’s at least 10 songs that I wouldn’t bother hearing over and over if I were stranded in a unknown island:
10. Don’t Fear The Reaper - BOC
9. Time - Pink Floyd
8. Its My Life - The Animals
7. Purple Haze - Jimi Hendrix
6. Like A Rolling Stone - Bob Dylan
5. Immigrant Song - Led Zeppelin
4. Won’t Get Fooled Again - The Who
3. Have You Ever Seen The Rain? - CCR
2. Sympathy For the Devil - Stones
1. Strawberry Fields Forever - The Beatle
Prayers go out to D. Lee, his family, and especially the little one. Its just tough as nails to read this; to imagine what Derrek is currently going through cannot be depicted.
I was in my Social Studies class (1st hour) back in 6th grade and I remember seeing the teacher real upset before turning the TV on and the whole class started watching what was occurring at that time. We were shocked to see what was going on. IIRC, my teacher had a close relative that worked in one of the towers.

The good news...
Min ALC
Cws WC

I’d prefer if it were the other way around. There’s still enough time to get back on top in this division.

BTW - Big Frank is now at 481
Big Frank will get to 500 next season.
I am as happy as the next person to see Thomas healthy and doing well with Oakland. He’s been very consistent since the ASB and since the Athletics are last in the league when it comes to hitting with RISP, Frank’s name comes up on top when the opposition has to be extremely careful if it’s a close game.
I agree with those that say that if the Phillies don’t make it to the playoffs, Howard should still get the MVP. He is going to end up with over 60 HR’s, will get 150 RBI’s, and is going to end up with an insane on-base % and OPS.
They just told me in school this afternoon and I was stunned to say the least. I was expecting this to happen sooner or later, but it just hit me in the face because he really is dead.
R.I.P Steve Irwin.
That's quite an amount of money for a guy who has shown to be reliable the last couple of seasons. But if I were the Astros I would try to save some money for a good impact hitter. A Carlos Lee playing in LF would not be bad. That would put Berkman in RF or 1B.

ESPN makes me hate him. I know that's not his fault. I just can't help it.
I'm with you. At times he seems like the most overrated sports player because of all the hype that he gets from BBTN, SC, and such shows from ESPN.

The astros were really creeping into the wild card race and the central race, then they get swept by the cubs at home.
With their top three taking the hill: Oswalt, Clemens, and Pettitte.
The Astros had so many scoring opportunities in last night's ballgame, it's sad. If the NL wasn't so bad than Houston wouldn't be up there competing for the Wild Card.
