Middle Buffalo

Also, news stories weren’t aggregated to individuals based on the last thing they read, and the thing before that, and…

It’ll be hard to win 8 of 10 if they only win 7 of 11. Not impossible with a HOF baseball person at the helm, but it will take some lucky breaks.

I’m sure someone is giving an inspired, Jason Hayward-esque speech for when the game resumes. My guess - TLR. Comeback’s all but guaranteed.

Our laws aren’t consistent either. Hence the complaints. If I want to fish, I have to have a license or risk being fined. If I want to buy an firearm…it’s all been said.

Tony and woke aren’t often in the same sentence.

For Greg to see and ignore. 309 mass shootings in the US. Seems not all are in Chicago, and not all are in “blue” states. https://www.gunviolencearchive.org/

1983 White Sox 39-37

I feel like most of JP’s posts could be summed up like this.

Shoot, some of these guys probably weren’t even alive in 1988 when TLR led the best team in baseball to a second place finish.

Yep. He pitched 14 innings in 2018. Didn’t pitch in 2019 or 2020. Pitched less than 70 innings in relief last year. You’re making it sound like he’s been in MLB for the last 5 years. He hasn’t.

Yep. He’s definitely been a major leaguer since 2018 or 2019. Has hardly missed any time since he came up.

What if he loses tonight, but takes a call from Coop, gets fixed, wins 15 games in a row, and leads the Sox to the playoffs? Still wouldn’t want him around?

That would be disrespectful to the game and the opposition.

Keuchel pitching for the D’backs today. He’ll probably pitch into the 7th and give up 2 runs.

Why are we mad at the sun?

If this is the case, isn’t this (not airing the player out publicly) how people said TLR should have handled the Yermin situation last year?

Don’t worry. We know.

Good loss = virginity. Never forget.

Manny Machado injured his ankle today stepping on 1B. I guess just negotiating with the Sox is enough to lead to leg injuries running to 1B.

Kind of funny they’d be moving to California, Arizona and Texas which are full of murderous, thieving illegals from Mexico and Central/South America (if you believe the Republican propaganda). And if they don’t kill you, they take your job.

If they steal my car while I’m pumping gas, I’ll be doubly pissed that they took off with $100 of my gas.

How about Nick Madrigal with more power?

Jeff Bagwell is who I see when I look at him. He just seems like a professional hitter to me.

Plus you’ll get to follow all the MLB guys rehabbing leg injuries.
