The Angels are infuriatingly bad/inept 😆 Cannot believe they haven’t lost 110+ games.

I’m far from an analytics guy, but I would think WAR would almost be perfect in deciding HOF status. It literally tells you how many wins an individual player adds to a team. And to your point about stolen bases no longer being a factor, one of the biggest stories is about a guy becoming a 50/50 player. One of those 50s represents stolen bases.

Again, something all of us already knew.

I’m actually pretty high on the SP potential for next year. At the very least, I’m nowhere near as down on that front as the rest of the club.

Sort of, but not really. From watching these teams, the Angels seem like the worst team in baseball minus the Sox. I know the Marlins and Rockies have worse records, but the Angels look like absolute horse s%*# to me.

And it’s hard to describe how bad the Angels are. The Sox may be historically bad, but Anaheim has no future at all either. Complete garbage.

I was there “trolling”. The crowd was overwhelmingly cheering for a loss, but then weirdly cheering when they came back, too. The “sell the team” chants were loud.

That doesn’t change what I said. Sounds like Grammy regrets not whoring it up even more than she did.

How we can consider someone with those numbers as trash is hilarious. The guy would be, by far, the best offensive player on this team. I can accept average as a description, but not trash.

The Angels aren’t good, so they’ll take at least one from them. And I’m willing to bet the Tigers’ playoff chances are set before the last game, so I could easily see the Sox taking one from them at that point.

While I agree with the sentiment, they are definitely getting two more wins.

They can. They absolutely can. Everyone can, and should.

How this place isn’t absolutely hopping right now is beyond me.
