Police: Pacman's cash display sparked Vegas melee
Kyyle23 replied to DrunkBomber's topic in Alex’s Olde Tyme Sports Pub
Methinks Pacman maybe seeing some prison time soon. The guys rap sheet is rapidly gaining on the entire Bengals team, and he was given a slap on the wrist last time. -
QUOTE(kman @ Feb 23, 2007 -> 03:33 PM) no prob. For some reason I get too wired up when I post on this site. Thats why I took a year off. my excuse is that Im on my lunch, so I am scanning posts fast, typing fast, and thinking too fast. Most of the time I end up in an argument when that happens. Its my fault

QUOTE(Kalapse @ Feb 23, 2007 -> 03:29 PM) I believe this is where the confusion is coming from except .235 wasnt really mid. .250, yeah fine. Anything below is unacceptable. And Juan was pretty unacceptable all last year save a few minor streaks that brought his average up to .235 QUOTE(kman @ Feb 23, 2007 -> 03:30 PM) well mid .200 is the middle of the .200's aka about .250. I thought that was a given? i missed the "mid", for sure. sorry about that

QUOTE(tonyho7476 @ Feb 23, 2007 -> 03:25 PM) Did the bookie priest have anything to say? Hack. LOL, so says the fan of Howard Stern

QUOTE(AbeFroman @ Feb 23, 2007 -> 03:23 PM) I think he sold his jet ski... and used the money he made to pay off the bartender for the broken stuff. Michael and Dwight were a little too nuts tonight for my taste... They need to keep it within the realm of reason. Michael I agree with. I think that was right up Dwights alley though, if you watch him, he is drinking the entire night. Now we know what Dwight does when he is hammered. I thought Dwight was fantastic, especially when he popped up in the back seat after Jan and Michael were "fighting", and when he was in the kids room. and the jet ski thing, when Pam invited Roy to go with them he used the Jet Ski excuse. Thats why I was kind of confused about it

QUOTE(kman @ Feb 23, 2007 -> 03:08 PM) yea it did but his 250 avg didint matter when we won the WS, so whats your point? I think you understand my point just fine .250 is not even close to .200
-
QUOTE(kman @ Feb 23, 2007 -> 02:58 PM) Good to hear as long as his "D" is there I could care less about his mid .200 avg because that .200 average didnt matter last year, right?

QUOTE(Jimbo @ Feb 23, 2007 -> 09:48 AM) Jail Thats some quality analysis there Jimbo, LOL

Im kind of curious about what time of the year it is supposed to be on the show. Roy's excuse that he couldnt go out with Pam to the bar for happy hour was that his brother "ate some water on the jet ski" and they needed to get trashed. Jet Ski's in the middle of the winter? Was it just a ridiculous Roy excuse?

Hilarious episode, Dwight in the background checking out every facet of the house was great. Roy and Pam are officially done, and Roy is about to go nutso it seems. I dont know how much longer Jim and Karen have, it seems like Jim is getting more and more annoyed with Karen every episode. Maybe I have been just overlooking it with everything else going on, but I had no idea that Toby had a thing for Pam. Its a nice little twist though

QUOTE(Jimbo @ Feb 22, 2007 -> 03:18 PM) Whitlock is a fat blob who loves hearing himself talk. He is not respected at all in KC. He absolutely hates all the local teams. I cant imagine many sportwriters in KC having much good to say about their pro franchises

QUOTE(Controlled Chaos @ Feb 22, 2007 -> 03:14 PM) Anyone ever play Cranium? Somebody told me that was pretty good. I don't even know what games are out there, except for the old staples. Cranium is a good one, there are a couple of different options of play. Its kind of like trivial pursuit meets Pictionary, with a ball of clay(no joke)

QUOTE(Rex Hudler @ Feb 21, 2007 -> 06:58 PM) To the delight of the Selection Committee? Which Committee members have you had lunch with that echoed this sentiment? Im just messing around, I know there isnt a selection committee conspiracy. I should have put it in green. SIU with 10 in a row, outright valley champs. -

QUOTE(juddling @ Feb 21, 2007 -> 01:15 PM) Sad news today........ Former ECW world champion Mike Awesome, 42, has passed away. His real name was Mike Alfonso. According to reports, Awesome was found dead on Saturday morning in the Tampa Area. Friends were coming to his home in Tampa to pick him up and go out Saturday night at about 10:30 p.m. and he never answered the door and found him hanging in the home. It is believed the death was due to suicide pending results of the autopsy. In addition to working in the U.S., he also worked for FMW in Japan. He will probably be most remembered as the ECW champion that signed with WCW when he still held the title. Tazz was brought in by WWE to take the title from him, as he jumped to WCW. Awesome announced his retirement from wrestling in early 2006. Curse you 70's guy/Fat Chick Thriller writers for wasting the talents of a very agile big man. Post 1173, scroll back to page 79

The Missouri Valley keeps cannibalizing itself, much to the delight of the Selection Committee. Last night Bradley lost to UNI in Peoria, Wichita State lost to Missouri State in Wichita, and Creighton lost to Illinois State in Bloomington-Normal. Creighton is picking one heck of a time to fall apart. -
QUOTE(Jenksismyb**** @ Feb 20, 2007 -> 03:52 PM) Count me in the group that didn't care for Sin City. I actually fell asleep both times I tried to wach it. Hellboy I liked though. I'm most looking forward to 300 (though that's coming out like Friday), Bourne, Pirates, and anything with Steve Carroll. Evan Almighty looks hilarious. I still just about stop breathing from laughing so hard everytime I see the scene in Bruce Almighty where Carrell cannot control what is coming out of his mouth, tears streaming down my face and everything. That is one funny scene

Everytime they almost get back together, this happens. Im done with them, by the time they actually get together for a tour they are going to be invalids with walkers.

QUOTE(longshot7 @ Feb 20, 2007 -> 12:58 PM) Yeah, that's what I've heard, in his Cactus Jack persona. that will allow Mick to play off the "firing" he received in 2006. Latest lineup for Mania: HBK/Cena (WWE Title) Taker/Batista (WH Title) McMahon (Umaga) v Trump (Foley?) (IC Title on the line?) MITB Ladder Match: Edge v ??? rumors: Melina/Ashley (Women's Title) MNM/Hardys feud blowoff not bad so far. I bet its Orton
