Also the biggest thing for Dutch is this his first year as a true starting pitcher. He's literally never pitched late into games before this year. Learning how to make your stuff last 100 pitches instead 50 is a challenge he is undergoing for the first time in his life. Some loss of stuff should be expected if you understand the game at all.
