I can't believe the number of emails I have received from recruiters (actual personalized ones) and from our career services, teachers, deans, and IT organizations about job openings. Companies are just dying for college applicants right now, especially in IT. I just can't believe the lack of applicants, this is such a perfect time for younger college students (sophomores especially) to get an internship whereas before it may have been excluded just to juniors.
