Hahn is never going to get it. You talk about the culture of keeping things in the clubhouse and then proceed to air out dirty laundry with Middleton. The #1 enemy of the White a Sox is not social media cesspools...it's the cesspool they allowed to thrive under the last three coaches without addressing it until it was far too late. If the sleeping rookie is Santos...you've basically got an entire clubhouse culture where the Latin players feel they have an extra layer or protection or entitlement...which is ironically symbolized now by Tim Anderson, whose actions have further divided the team into three camps: white players, Latin players and Tim Anderson. Pretty much the exact opposite of what they'd successfully created around Renteria...and was still relatively "fine" until LaRussa turned on the Terminator after the Twins' homer and things have never been as loose and relaxed from that point onwards.

Cohen seems to be holding himself accountable and legitimately building a long term foundation through his farm system. And has apologized to fans more than once...at least he's quickly come to that realization playing in a division stacked with Atl and Philly.
