If Eloy plays like this then you're going to have Robert killing himself getting to balls that a competent LFer should be able to get to.

This is where that grindy, balls to the wall "Play the game right" mentality comes back to bite you in the ass. It's one hit or one run in an insignificant game dude... don't run into a wall or dive into the stands and risk being out for a significant amount of time.

Keuchel is due to fall off a cliff, Giolito or Lynn could get hurt and Lopez, Cease and Kopech are unproven. Plus serious teams are looking at 6 man rotations since last season was so short. If you’re serious about winning, you spend the money to short up your pitching staff.

A new ballpark with a retractable roof in the south loop + a decent team that’s always in the playoffs would give the White Sox generations of fans.

I wouldn't give Colorado much more than a lottery ticket for Arenado. He's good but teams could have had him when he was a free agent. It's like the Bears trading for DeShaun Watson.

I'd imagine there are some owners in it to win, and some owners in it to make money. It's frustrating seeing ownership be so tight - especially with that sweetheart stadium deal at taxpayer's expense. It makes me not want to give the White Sox another dime of my money. I know I will because I love them but I makes me feel dirty when I do.

I was just thinking that the Sox should go ahead and re sign Mazara AND Rodon at this point because I don't think ownership is going to spend any more serious money. They're both lefties and there aren't that many on the team. Sign them to 1 year deals and let them try to rebuild their value.
