  1. Hell of a play by Burke. I hope he continues to hit.
  2. Age might have something to do with it.
  3. Pads had to clear a roster space, too.
  4. He threw it too often.
  5. Any idea if Drew Thorpe will start in AA or AAA?

They don't need 5 starters first few weeks.
  7. Disagree. Vaughn, Moncada, and Benny should all be better this year. Right field and second base figure to be better. Catcher cannot get worse. So, on television, Sox should be better this year.
  8. Well, our minor league teams should do well this year.
  9. I don't get excited about Arias. We have a lot of SS prospects right now.
  10. Good description.
  11. It would even be more weird if some other team had an obsession with ex-Sox players and signed a bunch of them.
  12. 3 pitchers in Top 30 all coming back from TJS.

It's called addiction. I can relate.

You think he wants to be traded??
  15. This signing is a real head-scratcher.
  16. I remember when traded Aparicio said something like It'll be another 40 years til they win again. He was about right.
  17. I'm surprised Sox didn't throw in Dalquist.
  18. Of course, three of those guys were received in the Aparicio trade, which never made any sense whatsoever.
  19. How is this guy possibly better than Colas?
  20. Tim will have a better year that DeJong, in my opinion. I would have rather seen the Sox go with Sosa, Ramos, and Popeye instead of the guys we signed. Then, bring up Montgomery whenever. I could pull for those guys. Now, for the first time in my life, I am an indifferent White Sox fan. But I'll still watch.
  21. He made a lot of saves and was fun to watch and pull for. The one non-save I remember is the game when he had two outs with a man on with a one run lead. He got the hitter to hit a soft pop up in short left in foul territory, and Engel comes in to catch it, and he closed his eyes and his glove too soon. Next pitch was a home run.
