I think he's seen as the top since Skenes/Crews, which is definitely a good spot for the Sox to be. Calling him just a solid prospect (going off overall prospect grades from Pipeline and FanGraphs) feels like an undersell. He's a 65 overall at Pipeline and 55 at FanGraphs. That makes him Pipeline's #3 prospect and in FG's Top 30 (only draftee).

1) Davis Martin is that dude. 2) Remember when Frank Menechino said "f*** the home run?" Possibly the dumbest statement from the first rebuild era. This team is so much more fun when launching bombs.

Feels like the middle infield prospects are just collectively going nuts. Shelton, Bonemer, Bergolla, Lodise, Mogollon, Nishida and Burrowes all have wRC+ above 100. Carlson's at 91 which isn't bad all things considered. Now add Colson, Meidroth and Antonacci at the MLB level. And likely Roch. Wonderful to see.

That wouldn't explain Zavion, unless they're hoping his Payton blood turns him into the second coming of Hester. Taking a dice roll on McCoy would have made more sense.
