Would you say this is a personal disaster?

I haven't watched any Hawks games outside of them decimating the Bulls, so I was curious.

Yeah, the Texas politicians that loved shitting on California are ghouls. You may also recall Ted Cruz working to get the government shut down when Colorado flooded in 2013. Or how he railed against disaster relief in wake of Hurricane Sandy. So, there's a lot of desire to tell him to pound sand ... and then you remember there are people in Austin, Houston, Dallas, the suburbs, rural Texas, etc., who don't have power and shouldn't have to answer for the mistakes of idiots like that.

At this point, I'm on the same train as you. LaVine and Williams are keepers, but everyone else can have a for sale sign. And of course, go for Lonzo. I'd be willing to keep Carter - he clearly has impact, but the man is glass. Coby can probably stick around, but his only role can be a bench scorer. Right now, I'm hoping the Bulls can somehow land a Top 5 and nab Kuminga. Youngest player in the draft and he looks fantastic in the G League, playing NBA style ball against vets and recent draftees. I'd also take a hard look at Dashien Nix if the Bulls can somehow get a mid-first rounder - maybe a team bites on Thad?

One of my friends from college was supposed to debut last season as the new radio announcer for the Red Sox AA team, but that obviously got delayed. They were previously the announcer for a Royals affiliate for two seasons, but that team lost affiliation. That could have derailed everything.

For what it's worth, it took until page 13 of the Sale / Moncada trade thread until someone expressed that opinion. That person, now thrice-banned poster, said they'd prefer Benintendi because Moncada "strikes out at a horrific rate" and has an "MiLB OPS was about 75 points lower than Adam Eaton." Good thing that person isn't a scout.

"Down to 2" Sox and Mets are both the second teams in their respective cities. Sox are from the Second City. Bauer is signing with the Sox.

On one hand, it's what Buehrle and Sale did. On the other, they had WAY more experience starting before taking this path. I think the delayed minor league season is playing a big factor in this.
