winning and losing are also habits

went from dumbass approach at the plate on to dumbass bullpen management

I get the feeling this is a game they are not suppose to win,

While wins may not matter in the minors, Tampa's teams are always up there.

yet there will be more awful ahead, they are not alone

They aren't known for fixing flaws either.

I don't think many teams give up valuable prospects in July. So many trades are often rentals. Trade just to trade is basically it for bad teams along with paying a player not to play for them. So often the consistent winning teams come out ahead in those but even that is temporary if they don't extend them.

they'll also trade and trade and trade to fulfil the fan's desire for trade frenzy. It's the formula of habitual losing baseball. All of the bad teams do it. We mention spending money but what top tier free agents want to come here without overpaying? What you get is overpriced free agents like Beni. Then our trade frenzy kicks in and then the salary dump for no level prospects. No shortage of those. Keep spinning that wheel.

Those game packages had to be tempting. I would have done it if I lived reasonably close. Plus a lot of last year was gone. No Eli, Moncada, Grifol. The past 3 years were such a dark era.

only ones that can fool this organization

I'm watching the Barons while keeping in touch with this game

watching the other broadcast they showed highlights of Will the player.

Schriffen and Beckham - death as an option? I can't stand either one. Too many retreads that remind us how and this organization is.

the habitual losing formula............trying to find the less smelly item out of a dumpster

they're good at that - Clevinger was anything else

I totally get not spending in 2026 since who knows what will happen. Sucks to be a free agent after this season.

I'm not sure I will either unless successful is not losing 100 games.

Eh, Reinsdorf is still in charge. He has a habit ruining things.

It seems since ASB this teams has hit more HR than all of last season. I don't remember it being like this last year.

That would be the case if they ignore the 9 game lead.

Not spending in 2026 doesn't bother me. I think many teams are going in that direction.

They haven't been playing good lately. You can't treat the Sox lightly since ASB

Is this the 1st time they've won 5 in a row this season? the sad part of seeing the highlights is it looks like a game played in 2020.

I think he does to a point. He's brought in some outsiders. Who knows maybe he has a longer leash then the KW.Hahn. As for free agents no one will have that carte blanch.
