I'm not sure the will heal in my lifetime. This is the challenge for Ishba. You have to create an atmosphere for players wanting to be here instead of hoping to get traded. The Sox are not alone in this either The "culture" needs to change. Once again I doubt that will in my lifetime.

Losing is a habit. It starts with overrating your prospects and farm system. Next is thinking you can be cheapass and win at baseball. Not everyone is the Rays. The same s%*# teams do the same thing. If you somehow get lucky and land a star player in the draft don't build around them with outsiders but have a hard on over the prospect you get in return. Jerry is not the only owner that lets you know fans can't have nice things. I doubt this will ever be a solid organization in my lifetime. It's a complete 180 from the other team in town. That's not always the case in NY.
