Some of the Sox top picks going back to KW were really bad at baseball. The biggest problem with the organization is scouting. While new ownership would likely be the answer but anyone in ownership would have to be willing to gut the organization. I would not think that is any easy task. Loyalty over performance is the White Sox. They also created a fan base that believes in hiring former players.
