A change at the managerial helm is a move that should have been done for years now, but still hasn't happened. This would be nowhere near making a decision too quickly. It's FAR too late by now, actually. So yeah, with regard to the thread title, JR is waaaaaaaayyyyyyy too slow in doing anything about this.
