  1. I'd like to see AV go downtown and tie this baby up.
  2. This might end up being a bullpen day....and that could be a disaster. Maybe save Yermin to pitch the 9th.
  3. A LOT of RFers don't make that play.
  4. Tony looks cool. Go ahead, make it an avatar.
  5. Perhaps the designers considered "Chi-town" which we are all familiar with and decided that "Chi" was more useful for their purposes. Personally, I am not fond of these uniforms but I hope a lot of Sox fans enjoy them.
  6. LaRussa comments are getting more lame by the day. Glad to see the germinator (Andrew) free from Covid and back in the line-up.
  7. I hope Gio and Collins decide to pitch around Schoop where they can and maybe forego Gio's parachute change-up. Anyway, it will be interesting to see how they try to stop him.
  8. The ghost runner in the 10th rule is what causes Tony and other Managers to try to keep their Closer fresh to pitch the 10th - a high pressure situation - man on second, nobody out in a tie game. There is almost no room for error. So what if your Closer gets 3 outs in the 9th but has to throw 15-20 pitches. Is he still the best option to pitch another inning? The 10th inning ghost runner is a stupid rule that needs to go after this season.
  9. Mercedes changed his approach ditching the softball swing. It worked.
  10. Keuchel should have been left in for what, 120-140 pitches until Liam could come in the ninth in a tie game. OK...
  11. LOL!! Keuchel sucks third time around. He already gace up a bomb to Schoop. He had nothing left.
  12. Our trusty bullpen will now try to close the Tigers down.
  13. I can't wait for Eloy and Robert to come back.
