No thanks. Let’s not waste any of our very limited resources on Whit.
  2. Some guy with a beard I stopped following a while back because he was talking trash about French Silk Pie. I’m not sure why I was following him in the first place, honestly. Hopefully he knows more about the inner workings of the Sox front office than things that taste delicious.
  3. Does he? If this is nothing, my apologies. The White Sox have conditioned me to expect the worst.
  4. This cannot be good. Who is out for the season? Liam?
  5. Yep, I definitely saw that on the television broadcast.
  6. Anyone else thinking eight weeks?
  7. Shhh... they are listening..
  8. I was able to get two. I couldn’t have done it without you all.
  9. Anyone have an idea of how early I need to be at the gate line to get a bobblehead?
  10. Josh Harrison is dealing with an injury as well.
  11. Thank you, appreciate your insight and always taking the time to respond. This team desperately needs some professional at bats mixed in the line up. Looking forward to having Moncada and Pollock in the lineup together at some point. Hopefully.
  12. Now I’m just following you around bothering you, but does it sound like Yoan is close?
  13. I apologize for not assuming he was Larry Fitzgerald’s dad, or researching to find out myself. I was more concerned with Eloy’s hamstring.
  14. Not sure who this guy is, but he’s saying he’s heard surgery. If surgery is required, is he out for the season?
  15. You’re a hollow core.
  16. Who would have thought the Sox finally building a young championship caliber core would be so fun.
  17. Usually Hahn calls Whitesoxdave before he makes any trades.
  18. He also said 3-4 months. While unlikely, Lynn could be back on an MLB mound in 6 weeks. Looking like 2 months is realistic.
  19. How long would he out and how likely would the issue linger the entire season?
  20. And what would that mean if it’s the joint dysfunction option?
  21. Even if there’s no tear, this means it will be an on-going issue all season. Which means he will be babied, with Kopech already capped at 120 innings, and guessing that will be in the first half the season while Lynn will be missing time. Giolito and Cease will be great this year, but we don’t have much after that. Now they will probably overpay for Manaea and take away from the strength of the team as well.
  22. I know Dunning was used to acquire Lynn and hasn’t set the world on fire, but if we were able to acquire players with minor league talent that aren’t major league ready, we would actually have decent SP depth right now. On the offensive side, we are looking at the same scenario where they have to trade major league ready Sheets/Burger/Romy and even potentially Vaughn to acquire SP. SP we might not even need if the first paragraph wasn’t necessary. I wish this organization knew how to stock pile minor league talent without trading elite major league players, and that they didn’t think major league depth and surplus are the same thing.
  23. Really puts on a damper on the Kimbrel trade.
