f*** no. That is an injury he's going to have a hard time coming back from given his entire game is predicated on speed. As a throw in sure, as a main piece f*** no. Fully torn patella tendon is a bad, bad injury. I should know, I had two and dedicated a large chunk of my life to learning about it and what pro athletes have been able to recovery from it. The list is not long.

Someone suggested Mateo, Andujar, Florial and Tate.

If Andujar and Mateo are coming back, I doubt that there would be any other players included.

When you are trading for minor leaguers, it isn't as necessary to hold them out. A major injury could change things, but other than that, it isn't like a mkajor leaguer you will be counting on right away. So I don't think if they are playing it rules them out.
