Yep. I thought it was before the inning with 9-1-2 + coming up. To get to Abreu with the bases loaded in the 8th only cemented that. Very sad

So... they're going to throw Hendrix after a 50 pitch outing last night?  Maybe this isn't over.

Well better season than what we had more recently.  Obviously this shows we have a long way to go to get to championship level.  Maybe will get some real pitchers in the offseason.  At least we can keep talking about prospects and how great we are going to be someday.

How many LOB is that for Abreu over the last 2 games? I think Soria was pitching around him there.

Not taking what he pitchers gives while the A's are I know that it gets old and I don't mean to sound like a dick but the bases should be loaded.

 

I don’t blame abreu for making the last out last night. He hit it hard. But that was just a terrible at bat and then no hustle when it mattered most.
