Teams aren't doing intentional walks anymore. Tony probably isn't up to date in many things but not intentionally walking guys is coming from the Saber metrics guys. Basically intentional walks are now only done in walk of situations or in front of NL pitchers

Series win would have been nice, but we really just need to split with the Indians. Take care of business against everyone else in the division.

I sort of feel bad for Lambert.  He’s going to have to eat this for the team and then go back to Charlotte.

Yikes. Some times it is better to just stay quiet vs opening your mouth and removing all doubts.

That was about the worst place to throw a change to Ramirez...hanging out over the middle of the plate at BP speed.

Yeah it looks like he's mostly fastball/change and once hitters sit on that change up his stuff isn't good enough to get by. On the 2nd time around, teams will hit him hard.
