What do I care about Ruiz, Burr, and frankly, Heuer, based on their performance right now? All 3 can be sent down right? Lopez can’t be worse than them, because the worst he could be is awful and the

The rules for an official protest are an interpretation of the rules right? Can’t this qualify.

So if he missed the plate and nobody tagged him, how is he out? The ump said he was safe, so he gets to go back to the dugout...

He missed the plate, but they shouldn’t have been allowed to review the play after 2 minutes.

Very cool that you only have 20 seconds to review a call unless of course you feel like taking 3 minutes and then requesting a review that's permissible too. Just making up rules as they go along. That's terrible.

Can James Fegan run down and explain the rules to these chumps?

Lots of calls going against the Sox tonight.  Not sure how that's possible after LaRussa got thrown out of the game last night "protecting his players." The umpires should be on notice tonight!

Jason and Stoney have been pretty on top of this since I turned it back on

Ump called him safe, Yoan has no idea he needs to come back. Plus it was way passed the 20 seconds

Such bullshit.

When I saw it live, I thought he missed the plate and was waiting for the on deck guy to tell Moncada.

That’s why this should get an official protest.

Wrong call since the ump signaled safe and they didn't challenge within 20 seconds, but Moncada is always fucking something up.

So how can you call the runner out if the play was ruled over and he had no opportunity to retag home?

Another bone head running play by Yoan.  Should have gone back and stepped on the plate.  This umpire crew sucks complicating this play.

they're going to review it to see if they said he's safe

Lol White Sox Dave!!! Give them hell

What the bloody hell? Replay again?

Umpires look ridiculous right now.

I think they're going to review and see if the Brewers tagged him after the play.

This is bizarre

Is Whitesoxdave sitting next to Hahn?

Moncada didn't think to go back because he was called safe, so it fundamentally changes the game. Moncada was never given the opportunity to correct it based on umpire error.

WHO’S ON THE OTHER END OF THE HEAD SET??
