Not sure why Keuchel throught he can throw a 90 MPH 4 seam fastball by Schoop.

Eloys ball? He gave up on it very early

Leury might have had a chance on that.

Thanks for not hurting yourself on that Eloy.,

That was a perfectly placed fly ball.

Anyone know what those red circular marks are near Dallas’ elbow on his fielding arm?

Thankfully Miggy is slow

Cup marks probably.

I hope TLR doesn't throw Keuchel out there for the 6th, but you know he will. And there won't be anyone warming in the pen either.

Is the consensus still that Dallas will not be on the playoff roster? Or is it a toss up?

Keuchel has no purpose on a playoff roster correct?  It's not the hits that are a problem as much as the walks and WHIP.

Sox have pitchers warming up now.

Barring a relief appearance this weekend, Dallas will finish with 161 1/3 innings pitched.

Well that just means he can't throw 160 next year.

A year ago Ian Krol was pitching in pick up games against high schoolers and now he's back in the big leagues.  Crazy shit.

Sounds like Burr.

He’ll make it. What happens if the Sox win game 1, and the game 2 starter gets lit up the first couple innings? You punt by keeping the rest of the staff fresh, and Keuchel goes 4-5 innings no matter what.

I don't know if I am ready for how mad I am going to be at every double play we hit into in the playoffs

This. Also, the Sox have to fill 26 spots on the playoff roster and there really aren't 26 other useful people, so it's not like Dallas is taking someone's spot.

Keuchel done after 5.

That makes sense. I'm just hoping they're not tempted by the whole 'experienced veteran' thing to give him a start if Rodon can't go.

For all of the bitching we did about Leury all season, he has put together a pretty nice season. It isn't his fault, he has been asked to play as much as he has, but he has answered the call, for sure.

Let's get all those double plays out of your system before the postseason, Abreu.
