Holy crap Ray's velo is way down from last year. That fastball was at 91 mph. He was in the upper 90s last year.

Right. I’d fucking love to get 15-20 starts out of Keuchel. We don’t really have a choice at the moment. Innings issue shouldn’t even be a consideration in April. But nor should a DFA.
