Giolito has historically struggled against the Cubs. That's a team that has his number.

Those guys aren't there anymore.

He's certainly going to end up with a lot more than Kelenic. ?

It is insanity that in 2022 there's a baseball team with an unpadded brick wall in their outfield

1 swing on only 8 sliders is very strange. I wonder if he's tipping or if they're just so bad it's easy to pick up out of his hand.

He's thrown a couple of decent ones. The one that Schwindel swung at was actually not a real good slider.

Only Contreras and Heyward remain from those teams. He really shouldn't be having this much trouble against them.

Gio with low 90s down the middle are a little concerning

Yes, but his fastball sucks right now no matter who the opponent is.

It doesn't matter. Alot of times it's the jersey on the front, the stadium. etc. He does not fare well in Wrigley. I'm just happy he's neutered Contreras so far who has owned him.

I wonder if they rejuiced the balls

Slap Factory incoming!!

Leury Legend lol

Leury!

BAT HIM THIRD!!!

Leury and Nico hitting no-doubters in consecutive innings makes you think...

Damn Legend!!!  Bat this fucker 3rd!

I think they are going to tee off him.

I thought adding a ton of muscle was supposed to help add velocity. I know it was supposedly there in ST, maybe the injury has prevented him from getting fully stretched out.

Not if they don't maintain the range. The external rotation needed by an MLB pitcher is crazy. One reason the shoulder is so unstable and an issue.

86 down the middle leads to Leury with another cheapie (thank goodness there is basket, we need to keep aiming for it lol)

He's actually hit a lot better since Tony stopped playing him every day.

"Garcia needs to be back in the 3rd spot. He's on fire."

Doesn't always matter. Many times it's mental.

Your signature picture is incredible. As sad as I am I can't stop laughing.

Didn’t know Willie Harris was a Cub coach.

I always liked him.  Too bad he didn't get a job with the Sox instead.
