There are so many different ways you can make your team better on the margins, and the Sox are bad at all of them

I think Pollock is actually going to be good, at least. The statcast data has been promising all year and his timing at the plate is looking much better recently.

There was a pitcher who pitched briefly for the Sox over a decade ago who underperformed his peripherals -> every pitcher with good peripherals but a bad game here and there  is just. like him.

Parkman logic ?

Cease underperformed his peripherals last year.

He doesn't really have a track record of performance. Everyone is allowed to have a bad game, especially against a good offense. It is frustrating how Cease completely wilts against any team that is good. That is Vazquez like.

Riverwalk used to be quite clean/safe at least in the late 1990s.

It's so clean and safe now it has little original character. Unoriginal food generally from Sysco or Ben E Keith. Extra large overpriced margaritas from a mix with crappy tequila. But a lot of cities are like that. A tourist area that exaggerates the local customs.

He shutdown the #1 scoring offense in the AL 1.5 weeks ago.

That doesn’t count. He had bad games against the Red Sox, Yankees and Astros once. He is doomed.

Engel ain't getting a fastball to hit.

He's on a roll.

Bases loaded for...Leury.

adam!

we're not done scoring tonight, time for a legend

Just got home from a coaches meeting. Just looking at the score I'm not certain I want to turn on the game.

Come on Leury...excuse me swing dribbler?

Turn it on. I don’t think the wildness is over yet.

Luery wtf

So this is what TA is getting paid for.

Tim's aggressiveness will be a bad thing in this AB.

Gotta love going after borderline pitches against a guy whith very little control

So funny story. I'm sitting at the LF bleachers and there's like 20 people harrasing Joey Gallo. Why? Because when he was with the Texas Rangers at the time at a New Years party, he ordered bottle service, wound up leaving with a girl and did not pay the tab. These guys personally bought tickets for this game tonight in LF. It's the most funny shit I've ever heard at a ballgame.

The entire lineup has been selling out for contact with the bases loaded lately and can't hit the ball out of the infield because of it

He's gotten 4 balls so far.

Wild pitch offense remains undefeated

Tim hasn’t seen a strike yet still 2-2

That was one hell of a wild pitch.
