How they have hung around so close to .500 in that division is a huge mystery.

Would have been better if they were already ten games out and forced wholesale changes.

I don't think I have ever hated a manager as much as I do Tony. Just seeing his old ass in the dugout or walk out to the mound makes me angry. Also, I might have a problem.

  • If I was working the Sox beat, here is what I would ask Hahn or TLR: "Spring Training 2022, you told us this team had World Series aspirations, that was the goal this year after having back-to-ba

Yoan Moncada's idol growing up.  Loves him so much he decided to go on a similar 3 for 34 run for the Sox.

Absolutely nobody saw Manoah getting on a roll after esccaping 1st.

Taking fastballs for a strike seems like a terrible game plan

Sox now have 5 hitters in the lineup with averages below the Mendoza Line.

I could see sending Grandal up the St. Lawrence on an ice floe. Might have to.

We got passed by the Rangers somehow. At TB and then a pissed off Dodgers team after getting swept by the Pirates.  Not promising.

We are looking at 6 GB and the Twins only are looking at 4-5 in one of their easiest season stretches.  Feel like we hang around at least into the middle of July due to the scheduling gods and perhaps Lynn or Jimenez.

Mike Cameron's son just saved the Sox.

3-2 Tigers.  BoT 8.  Soto time.

Btw Cueto 2.18 ERA of of that out.

Yes a whole 1 inning roll .

On the way home today I picked up some Astros gear at my local sporting goods store. I'm already feeling better about baseball. I'll be visiting my daughter in Houston soon. I think I'll try to catch a game. Fuck Tony and his merry band of losers.

On a pure baseball standpoint . that Mets-Dodgers series should be a good one.

Twins continue to suck, so we got that going for us.

Find a way to win this game, and somehow, we gained ground this week.

What I mean is that becomes a 5-6 inning stretch of Sox offense nothingness.

Come on White Sox, it's long overdue for a big inning. Surely this feeble play will come to an end at some point, why not this game.

Leury swinging at ball 3 and 4

Garcia just doesn't want to walk

Because Leury is swinging at a 2-0 pitch at eye level.

People can't tell the rebuilt Sox from the pre-built Sox.

On a 2-6 run if we lose today? Just holding ground, barely.  Need to do something no team has ever done beat Manoah at Rogers.

13 games in a row allowing two runs or less.  Musgrove 11 and Gonsolin 9.

Swings at pitches out of the zone, takes pitches in the zone. Leury's recipe for success.

and then taking a 2-2 pitch right down the middle.

And the taking strike three right down the pike

Nobody would want to get in a brawl with Manoah  280 pounds 6'6".

Cueto basically has to be perfect to keep the Sox in this one.

Modus Operandi for most of these bats

Moncada has seen 3 pitches today and has 2 outs.
