WTF took them so long to move ReyLo to the pen? should have been done as soon as they were sure he couldn't cut it as a starter in MLB.

Cease has to learn to get out of his own messes. That's what the great ones do. They don't rely on the bullpen finish the job for them.

I dont believe this has anything to do with whether he could cut it as a starter or needed to be in the pen. He’s a totally different pitcher after his lasik and can see the strike zone

Shortening his arm path has played a huge role in his success too, I think. That doesn't happen without Katz.
