Just looked up Vaughn’s walk percentage. Under 6% is insane for someone like him

every single one of our young position players has taken a massive step back in true talent. eloy and vaughn look like 2-3 WAR guys at best. Same with Moncada. Robert is around 4-5. That's like 8 WAR right there that just hasn't shown up. Difference between 80 wins and 88.

given that it's affected all of them seemingly it points to a coaching issue.

  • Yet he still stays in the game. No wonder these assholes never learn, there’s no accountability unless you homer on a 3-0 pitch

  • Tim Anderson took that a bit too literally

  • Will be at this game too like last night  So far this year... Went to Boston - white sox won Went to Wrigley - white sox won Went to Colorado- white sox won Need to keep it go

Eloy hit one yesterday

The runs were scored via error and an RBI double by Moncada

How is it possible to only score 4 run through 16 innings at *Coors*

Coors only helps balls hit in the air, we look to hit the ball on the ground.

OFC the second time in the season the A's get on a roll...

This upcoming series might not be that easy.

Against two guys with ~5 ERAs to boot

Every series isn’t easy if you don’t score a lot of runs.

Vaughn disappeared last year at this time.

Goes to show there are really no conditions possible for this team to consistently hit RH starting pitchers

This should be an ideal match-up for TA. Come on, man.

good thing we were trying to keep him fresh!

When does Eloy get to pinch hit ?

Eloy needs to pinch hit in this game.

Tim up vs LHP: GOOD!

Tim up vs LHP with RISP: BAD!

It was the same types of issues with his legs and back. How the medical staff couldn't make sure he was better prepared for this season is beyond me.

The best thing that could happen is to go 2-4 vs KC/Oakland. Then maybe Hahn stops pretending.

It's really a shame they're not buried already.

The best thing would be to go 6-0 and finally wake the fuck up

I'd pitch around TA and go after Yoan as a right hander.

It's about damn time

This team desperately needs Louis Robert back in this lineup!
