  • All teams have injuries. I posted a story a few days ago about WAR injury impact. The Dodgers and (if I remember right) the Rays lead all of baseball in WAR lost due to injuries. Both those teams

This may well be the low point of the season.

I feel like we’ve all said something like this at one point or another this season.

Put a fork in 'em, they're done.

Our house.

Pushed over.

Took cheese.

Peed on couch.

Bastages.

The funny thing is we all knew they’d collapse after the Engel error…and they have.  Meanwhile, we have to see lineups with a bunch of guys that won’t even be in baseball in a few years.  Good thing is everyone knows the season is over.

10 losses left til elimination, in my estimation.

Let the countdown begin.

It doesn't matter. Jerry will blame it on injuries and the only one to get fired will be a clubhouse attendant.  And the only reason he'll get fired is because he threw out a roll of tape that still had 3/4" of useful tape left. This organization is the epitome of Bush League.

I've gone from anger to apathy, wandered around a bit, and ended up lost in a deep sadness . you would think all of the years of bad White Sox teams, would make you immune to this, but it doesn't.

I've said for awhile they're nothing more than a .500 team.  I guess I was overly optimistic.

Glad I've been busy all weekend.

And the beat goes on for Sox fans.

Is Jake Burger hurt, or does he hit homers too frequently for the White Sox taste?

Fractured wrist pretty sure, he has hbp a few days ago and it was bad

Ok guys, if they win the rest of their games they should get in

The last time they were 2 games under was July 13. They’ve undone a month and a half of slowly clawing their way upwards.

I can't believe I'm saying this, but I think I hear KC's foot steps. If TLR is back next year we might finish last.

I am very much looking forward to watching Justin Fields this season.

I know they weren't facing all 1st teamers, but it really was swell seeing that kind of Bears football for a change.

Nice D as well.

Bear Down!

I just hope that the FO doesn't chalk up this season to bad luck with injuries and bring back a lot of the stiffs including the biggest stiff of them all, TLR.
