On the road to Pittsburgh currently. Excited to check out PNC Park for the first time. From what I have heard/seen it is a gorgeous park.

  • Not sure if you can DFA the entire pitching staff not named Dylan Cease, but....this is an absolute abomination of an entire major league organization.

  • People desperately need to stop overrating the talent on this team

Robert JR!!! LFG!!!

But come on, these pitches are awful.   It’s not like they’re getting beat on amazing pitches.

This is going to be a 20-14 game.

I just tuned in and saw that Giolito gave up 12 hits and 7 runs in 4 IP! Does our manager know that if the SP is not performing that he can take him out of the game? Seems to have an extremely long leash for the SP's!

Robert is so damn strong.

He's a bad man.

I can't believe Robert was waiting for a walk when he could just do that lol

Bennetti makes home runs awkward

I apologize for my criticism of Robert after the first 2 games

7-7

A week ago reasonable people on here were comparing Robert to Felix Pie and Corey Patterson lmao

Pedro’s management style is keep a starter in there and embarrass the hell out him. Everyone yelled at me last year when I wanted an experienced manager. Bochy, Girardi, etc. reminds me when the Bears had to have Tresman, had to have Nagy, before you yell at me maybe these weren’t the right guys but I wanted these “type of guys”.  When you supposedly have a team that should compete is not the time for a rookie. Now I don’t want a  TLR that ready for the old folks home but experienced.

On the bright side.....is that Giolito extension available at a more reasonable price??

Have you seen his other choices?

It's too bad Robert might be putting it all together just in time to get traded to a real team.

Mediocre lefties like Rich Hill would be lucky getting away with a walk when Robert is swinging like this

1 year for 8 million sounds about right.

Can he even be an innings eater?  I have my doubts.

Watching the Dodgers fix Lucas when he signs there on a 1 year deal will be painful

The other choices are as embarrassing as the starter. There's nothing Grifol can do. He's had to use a position player twice in 7 games.

WORST PITCHER IN BASEBALL

30 starts last year even with the oblique injury and a pretty intense case of covid. So in all seriousness, yes, he probably can.

Can they get him to throw harder?

It really sucks that he no hit this team less than 3 years ago and now they're hanging a 7 spot on him.
