Yes. Flukey weather and injuries favor us (the bad team), against a contender. We are at the try to steal wins from good teams portion of the schedule.

  • Sucking it up is exactly the problem!

I'm on the UES - 95th Street and it's the best it's been all day.  Sun is actually breaking through

Timmy, if you live in Manhattan, how do you know so much about our farm system and its players?

Upper East Side. Fairly close to da Bronx.

Are they meeting at 4PM New York (Eastern) time) or 4PM Chicago (Central) time. The tweet doesn't make that clear.

Sure tomorrow will be much better.

I have tickets to tomorrow’s game. I wonder if either will be played.

They should simply move the games to Madison Square Garden.

They should move the games to that McDonalds in penn station. the homeless can get a free show.

Eloy is out for the season, having his lungs removed.

I didnt think he looked good last night, poor guy

Some team/player comments coming out about the conditions in NY.

Both teams cancelled BP due to the conditions even before the game was called. Players reporting it being hard to see fly balls in the haze and complaints of physical effects like scratchy throats, headaches, coughing, etc.

Hopefully conditions are better tomorrow, but I hope they don't push it if not.

This is what things look and smell like when you have no one protecting our borders. We have Canadian smoke invading our country while people watch the Sussexes on Oprah.

The air has completely devastated Eloy after 30 hours of exposure.

I spent weeks in that stuff during 2020 fires, counts well above 500. As a reasonable athlete, my lungs havent been the same since. it's no joke.

y'all know that was a joke, right?
