Don't see anything on Soxtalk about some lower leg injury Eloy has. He's supposed to be day to day.

That was in the 9th inning of the 2nd game when he grimaced running out a GB that Torres threw away.

I feel like the Sox do better against aces than they do against scrubs, because of course they do.

Eury Perez is the truth. Should be a tough game.

I just dropped $300 on the Sox to win the division so I can feel something other than apathy. Let's go!

Sox bullpen since May1st and in the last 30 day is 4th in baseball  in ERA

As a Sox fan, there are few teams in the NL that I am afraid of. The Marlins certainly ain't one of them. I'd be disappointed if Sox don't win this series.

Grifoil just said that Eloy will be out "four to five days" but they are "hoping" to avoid putting him on the IL.

Given all the soft tissue issues Eloy has dealt with (much easier to prevent than Moncada's lumbar issues) you have to call into question his diet, training and conditioning. A mid 20s athlete should not be straining their lower body every other week.
