I think developing pitchers is so much harder. You can have great stuff but if you can never find control and command it's useless.

Stuff is what gets you drafted but becoming a pitcher is what gives you a career.

There should be. I wouldn't be surprised if Volchko is near 2 million. Maybe a bit under? I think Contreras wipes out the rest of your pool if you take him though.
