I played Little League at Thillens Stadium and fast pitch softball in the USAF besides tons of sandlot ball. I was also a very good friend of Jimmy Piersall who was a great centerfielder and he would be having some real issues with today’s game including 1 handed catches, he wasn’t wild about diving for balls either, I don’t have a problem with that. Need to get them consistent in starting roles now.
