AND THAT'S A WHITE SOX WINNER!!!

Featured Replies

Big f***ing win tonight! Offense showed up for the most part!

How is SS2K5 always online exactly when the Sox win?

4 shutouts. Royals have 2. No one else in the AL has more than 1. ×ow.

Good victory. Still need more than 7 hits a game but it all worked out fine.

That was a very enjoyable game.

But the attendance. ..

BOOM goes the dynamite. My big point going ahead tomorrow is Rodon bouncing back, of course. I'd be more pleased with a 2 - 1 win tomorrow that I would with our offense scoring 5 again.

:eeyore

Q must be pinching himself thinking it's all just a dream. To all you dudes who were preparing for the worst talking sweep for the Rangers all i can say is

4 shutouts this early... not done since 1947... I think they said.

Pitching and defense...and five runs. Yes!

Melky Cabrera had a fantastic all around game.

We have done more then I thought we would this series! It would be huge to get another game, hopefully Rodon bounces back in a huge way

Just wondering when was the last time the Sox had 10 or more hits in a game?

Offense is still poor but to their credit they made some hits count tonight.

Nice they finally gave Q some runs for a change. About time!

The triple play though strange was executed perfectly. Well done.

Now let's see if they can beat a guy who has won six straight against them tomorrow.

Five runs...amazing.

Wow that was a cold game to be at. But at least I got to see a win, and a crazy ass triple play!

Got to love those $19 bullpen bar seats. :)

You can get in for less than that if you're smart.

Go on

Really glad I went last night despite the cold. I've never gone from NO! to YES!! faster than the triple play. What a cool thing to see in person.

How about Q getting some early run support? Hell ya!

Maybe Q is better with little run support. Once the lead got to 5 he loaded the bases and luckily got out of it with a line out horrid base running triple play. He has to be the most underrated pitcher in baseball. I bet there are a lot of knowledgable baseball fans that have no idea he is anything more than a 4th or 5th starter, and has been for years.

Leaders step up when the time calls for it.

I think the title should have been "another" White Sox winner.

You need to brush up on your Rooney

I'm not worried about the attendance. If we had one team in this city, they would climb in the rankings. But even though that's not the case, the payroll isn't high enough to have players traded midseason if they are in it. It's only April, of course it's going to be lousy. When the weather heats up I am sure they'll climb in attendance. I wish more people were there last night but it is what it is. It's too bad people don't look around for coupon codes to use because it can make all of the difference to get people to the game. I sat in right field with a group of 14 for $17 each.

It was a great birthday game and awesome to see a triple play.
