Â In fact, how do you know how Dave Martinez would coach, hes never managed before. Â Of all sports, baseball is the one where the manager needs the least amount of experience. From people I know on 35th, Ventura is Chairman Reinsdorf's favorite ex-player, absolutely loves him. I don't know that he'd go through a tear down with him as manager.
