Beni is actually playing fairly well right now and I suspect once you get a full year or so past his injury, increased power will come, maybe even some 15 HR seasons to go along with high average and high OBP. I think that's pretty solid, certainly better ROI than most of our signings. Honestly, he is way far down on the list of things to complain about and the leadoff spot seems to be good for him.

Yeah he should move up to AA already. He needs alot of AB there. Dude is toying with A+ pitching it doesn't do anything for his development. Get him up to AA and then in the fall league. I dont think he will get to AAA this season even if he is mashing in AA as they'll need to use AAA seasoning as an excuse for next years service time.

Didn't Hahn put together some new kind of sports medicine dept before this season? I thought Grifol alluded to it in his opening PC before Hahn cut him off and basically told him to keep quiet because it wasn't ready to be rolled out publicly yet. I dont remember if Hahn made some formal announcement after that formally discussing the new health initiatives they were working on.
