Just noticed a kid I used to play AAU baseball with when I was a Jr. and Sr. in high school has really improved his draft stock. Drew Storen out of Stanford, maybe we'll take a look at him. Good arm with a nasty slider.

Though I agree the Illini will be good. Every team is virtually improving in the Big Ten next year. Hell even IU will improve drastically next year after just one year of rebuilding.

It's very common. As bad as it sounds, I took an adderall nearly every time I pitched my senior year, and I do not have ADHD. Helped me concentrate tremendously and I worked quicker than ever. Eventually earned a scholarship and stopped taking them because I felt I was cheating myself and the competition. I'm sure many pros take them.

Glad to see Richard doing so well. He grew up 20 minutes from me and he was just a freak athlete in high school, but that could be credited to the fact that he was 20 when he graduated. Still though, all state in football four years in a row, and leading your baseball team to their first state championship in years is phenomenal. His senior year he did not give up an earned run in over 100 innings until the final inning of the state championship game. I'm sure he got over it quickly because it was only one run and three outs later they were the state champions.
