  1. I mean you literally made up a Hahn quote that he never said in your previous post:
  2. He needs to keep it up, but the improvement has been great to see. Glad the org had more patience with him than most of this board did.
  3. They look better, but they can definitely still break it.

How about don’t let someone else’s blind optimism bother you?
  5. Honest question because I don’t follow the NBA too closely: What is considered the motivation behind rigging the lottery in favor of Dallas? Is it a thank you to them for keeping the Lakers relevant via the Luka trade? Or is Dallas just a market/franchise that is in the NBA’s best interest for them to be successful?
  6. At this point I will be surprised if the Rockies DON’T break the record. They are that bad. The Sox went 10-42 vs the AL Central last year. I’m not sure if the Rockies will win 5 games vs the NL west.
  7. Watch it be like Jeff Liefer.
  8. To take the vision metaphor one step further, I feel like they purposely take off their glasses so they can do the squinting thing.
  9. Pshhh. Mr. Optimism over here with his 6 runs.
  10. Surely this will fix the problem of not investing in the roster during Skenes’ pre arb years.
  11. Okay? And Korey Lee has the same fWAR as Robert, so I guess we are assuming these are all just similar caliber players then.
  12. It sure does.
  13. Royals have some good pitching lined up. Wouldn't be surprised to see the Sox lose all 4 while only scoring like 6 runs total in the series.
  14. Today is the day Andrew Vaughn gets 38 hits in 4 at bats to bring his slash line up to a respectable level.
  15. This is 100% true and honestly annoying as hell.
  16. I think they look a lot better in game/on players than they did in the marketing video and pics.
  17. Man this all access thing is rough. I get the idea, but woof.
  18. No Beni? Guess we gotta wait a little longer to see that #23 Bulls jersey.
  19. Despite the lazy idea behind them, I'm looking forward to seeing the new city connects. I can imagine liking them from a change of pace standpoint the first couple times they were them, but getting sick of them pretty quickly once the novelty wears off.
  20. Cool, have fun with that. No one is claiming he’s figured it out, just willing to entertain the idea that he’s made some strides. Somehow this concept is difficult to grasp. Also, those posters will still be here if Vargas has a sub .600 OPS in a few months because not everyone is as obsessed with appearing smart in front of strangers on the internet.
  21. Uh… The victoriest of all laps!
  22. For sure. Don’t get me wrong, he could still easily end up being a bust and out of baseball in a few years. I just never understand stating something like that as fact so quickly instead of, you know, letting it actually play out.
  23. Nice to see Vargas keep hitting despite being a guaranteed bust and out of baseball in two years or whatever premature nonsense was being spewed here.
